Truly one of the best experiences! I contacted Bloomfield Executive cars some moths ago to enquire about their services for my wedding day. After initially not heard anything back I finally got a response from their manager Moss who provided the most incredible customer service and reassured me at every turn. I was initially really unsure, as I couldn't find them on Trustpilot. When I mentioned this they immediately went out of their way to create an account on Trustpilot, as they considered my suggestion very helpful. Moss, ensured that we went over every detail of the journey to make sure I would be at ease on my wedding day and wouldn't have to worry about a thing. Fast forward to September 18th, the driver arrived early. But because I was in the final throws of getting ready I didn't see the arrival message for a good 15 minutes. But this wasn't an issue. We left the hotel at the agreed time and the driver was there. He had been patiently waiting for us. He was so friendly and welcoming. We ended up taking the short route to our venue, and would have arrived extremely early. So he agreed to chauffeur me and my family around Richmond Park for a while. No problem at all. I then realised I'd forgotten my necklace, and since we still had tons of time he was so kind to drive us back to the hotel for me to get my necklace, and then drove us all back to the venue. He patiently let me wait in the car until everything was ready for me to get in. No complaints, or anything. He was just so lovely and friendly. If you need a chauffeur service with impeccable customer service then this is the one to go for. If you're considering Bloomfield for your wedding I can only highly recommend them! As someone that doesn't own a car, I take taxis quite often. I think I would say that this is the best taxi company I have come across. Always reliable and friendly drivers, always pleasant to speak with on the phone - with a very personal approach, making sure to remember and chat to repeating customers. I have trusted them with some very important things, including taking my wife to our wedding and taking our newborn daughter home from hospital. The service has been impeccable every time.
Thoroughly recommended and they will continue to be my first choice.

From my initial contact, I was looked after Moss who was courteous and friendly to talk to, he did everything to ensure my booking was met with my requirements. He was kind to give me a free upgrade as I was travelling to Terminal 5 with my family and a few suitcases. The driver came in a very smart and clean Mercedes, 15 minutes ahead of schedule to ensure there was no panic in being late ( you hear of horror stories of companies not confirming bookings and drivers being late or no show) The driver was smart, polite and very friendly to chat to. In fact, I had the same driver collecting me on our return and I was happy as we could carry on our interesting conversation 😊 The bookings are always confirmed via email on the day before pickup and driver will always message if needed. Excellent, professional and excelled all my expectations. I actually recommended my brother in law to use their services this morning to the airport (he wanted punctual and reliable company) without hesitation. Keep up your level of services! I have known & used International chauffeurs also known as Bloomfield Cars for many years including when I lived in Kew, Richmond. They have good quality clean vehicles and I have found their drivers to be friendly punctual & reliable.

Thank you! I booked a car with Bloomfield Executive Cars for an early morning pickup for an actor who was due at a film shoot across the other side of London by 8am. Normally that would be no problem and no worry, but it was the day of transport workers strikes across train, tube and bus services. After calls to many taxi firms who said they couldn't guarantee a car at 6am that morning due to unreliability of drivers on a strike day - i finally spoke to Moss Sayed at Bloomfield Executive Cars. They have quite literally never let me or my family and friends down, they are 100% reliable, always. Every driver is very professional and goes the extra mile to make sure they are there waiting for me when I get off my plane. It’s the little details that count, eg that they know I am quick to get off the plane so they get there early to avoid me having to wait.
I trust them with my sons, Moss and his team picked them up from hospital (many rugby injuries over the years!), took them to school (when recovering from knee surgery), what can I say other than, yes they cost a little more than Uber but not that much more and the quality of service, reliability and level of trust just does not compare. Beautiful cars, very clean and luxurious, just an all round very good experience.
